Commercial Kitchen Hood Installation
All of the hood and ductwork is custom made, meeting the needs and space of your kitchen. The black iron ductwork is a 12 gauge to 16 gauge with a blower and exhaust where you need it. Only ductwork that is properly measured is installed, which saves you money and time. In addition, access doors are installed in all our systems.
The installation of your fire prevention systems is our main concern from start to finish. Your system is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Hood Cleaning & Maintenance
We offer semi-annual hood cleaning and maintenance to assure that it operates at peak efficiency. This will help to keep your kitchen cool and clear during peak operations.
All of our work is documented and kept on file. Master Fire Prevention will work to remove all Fire Department Violations. We will clear your violations with The NYC Fire Department and send you the cure card, when completed.
